Dymphna, I thought of you today because the last time thrusters 7x1came up I did them at your gym and could not for the life of me get 95# over my head. I think I tried and failed 3x. Today I got 105#. :) Wish I'd been out there to get your encouragement, maybe I could have gotten that 110# that I dropped on my back, or at least learned how to dump it.
