45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees

Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.

Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

girls still sick so i did a modified wo at home:

16# overhead walking lunges (2-8#dumbells), 20 steps
21 burpees

NP. I'm getting used to the abuse, little by little. I think I'm going to start adding the CFE, like you guys, instead of just doing my own thing. We'll see...

lunges 50 feet 31# or 32# bar not sure
21 burpees (first time for those in a workout)

So, 16-18 lunges for me was 50 feet...you must have been close to 60 Michelle with your long legs!

Went up 15# on BP, but dropped 7 reps in pull-ups really need to focus on pu again.
