Nice Tun, is that a PR? Do you think it helped doing the SDL before the HS?

The 82 would have been a PR :) I think doing the SDL before helps, b/c the HS didn't feel so heavy afterwards. I also hit 135g of protein today :)

Tun, when I read that I got up and got a protein drink haha. I only got 106 yesterday. Oh and can you bring me your coffee to try? I don't have any of the powder like you use. If I like it I'll go get some. And nice job on the PR.
