Today's WOD wouldn't have been so bad if I had been a little stronger. LOL 21:52 I did negatives on the L Pull-ups when I hit the 11 count. I'm sure I didn't go all the way up and down every time, but close. I'll do better next time Rick and Dymphna, I promise! :-)
