WOD: 15:07 with 75# and ring holds instead of ring dips. I think the "dips" were the hardest part for me. I think I'm going to make it a goal to get one ring dip.
10:40 with 85#
Decided to get it over with early since gym has been busy at night. Ouch that was tough... I did negatives on the ring dips. My back is killing me from yesterdays workout so was just trying to get it over with asap. And I still had to take a lot of quick breaks.
Feeling better but worked out on not much besides saltines and toast since yeaterday morning.

I hear you, Dymphna. My back, biceps and forearms are sore as well.
Oh! I swam 20 lengths (500 yards) in the indoor pool. It wasn't too bad, and it actually helped me stretch out some after the WOD.
WOD: 11:49 with 85lb cleans.
I've got to start bringing my "A" game, Dymphna beat me today! :)
