As RX'D with female weight 65# 35:09 YUCK!!

I don't get along very well with the GHD so I was fighting throwing up the whole time. Thruster were the only easy part all the other swinging around was making me so sick. That is one of my least favorite workouts.

As Rx'd with 65#: 36 something. The thrusters were killer for me. By the last set I could hardly squat. Yeah, I would agree with Dymphna that this was a pretty nauseating WO.

As RX'd, but the GHD machine I used was angled, not straight. Man, I've got to find a straight one. Time: 51:44 Everything felt good, but the pull-ups slowed me down. Ok. I'm just slow. :-)
