THURSDAY 090108

Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up

For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.

Post time and number of sets to completion.

i don't know tammy cause it makes it look like we failed at 120...i went up to 155 and failed at 160. weird! still deciding whether i'm going to stay up after em goes to bed to do cfe. :) i'll let you know...:)

oh yeah, I see now. i wondered how i lifted as much as you girls. i didn't! i failed at 120 but I guess your higher numbers just got cut off :)

*next week will go to 55 trying to make a 5lb increase every week till I get to my pr.
