15:55 Alt WOD with 95lb for BP
5K Treadmill - 30:17; random setting (hills & plateaus).
5M Stationary bike - 21:50; crosscountry setting
Alt workout 19:45 with 75# BP
*That last round of bench took me forever I was down to singles... good workout though :)
P.S Someday I will be as strong as Tun and be able to use 95#!

ALT WOD with 50# for BP (i'm a wuss compared to D & Tun...haha!) in 18:something. I'm with D...was struggling big time that last set of BP.
