Dymphna: I started doing FS's using the "bar-across-the-shoulder and crossed-arms-over-the-bar" (however you write it) method instead of bending my wrist backwards so much. I'm not sure if that's cheating but I know I concentrate more on my form and squatting than the pain in my wrists now.

*I have no idea what I did I must have hit a nerve or something on my right hand because it got all numb making the FS very uncomfortable.

* I was so happy I thought I got a PR Of 255 and when I recounted the weight just to be sure it was only 245. I decided to call it a day on the DL.
