My legs are smoked from the past 2 days but my hamstring may finally be loosening up! I'm happy with the time for now.

What a gorgeous day!
I ran somewhere between 12-13 miles and I think around a 10 min pace (I accidently stopped my Garmin when I was stripping down into a tank top and I didn't notice for a mile or so). I'm happy that I finished...and w/o knee troubles. My feet are killing me though. I still can't decide if I want to do the marathon or half. I can be so indecisive!

i'm with jr...the thought of running 9.5 or 12 miles is mind numbing! :)
