I'm tired and my body has finally said enough. No WOD for me. I'll be back on Wednesday.
By the way, the Black Horse 5K yesterday was fun..a bit chilly, though! If anyone is interested, it is a monthly thing now at 3pm the last Sunday of the month. Free run and a free beer to the finishers. There were people walking, running and pushing joggers.
CFE: treadmill run 1000m x2 with 2 min rest in between at about 6:30 pace WOD: 9:57 bs21 with Jen: started at 45 and failed at 120...need to work on this more.

Happy I was finally able to PC 105. I'm feeling pretty beat down glad tomorrow is a rest day.
