I'm tired and my body has finally said enough. No WOD for me. I'll be back on Wednesday.

By the way, the Black Horse 5K yesterday was fun..a bit chilly, though! If anyone is interested, it is a monthly thing now at 3pm the last Sunday of the month. Free run and a free beer to the finishers. There were people walking, running and pushing joggers.
