WOD as RX'd: 34:43. I'm a little disappointed. I didn't beat my last time (33:26).
WOW! that was tough!!!!
500m row replaced the run
Used 135 for deadlift!
Sad part is theweight wasn't bad, it was the cardio that sucked! I had to take breaks to catch my breath!
Anyway, I am pleased cause this is the first workout since I've been back that I really feel like I went ALL out.

33:17 with 135# DL. The worst part for me was definitely the DL...I was doing singles quite often. Dymphna...very impressive time!!!
