Had to sub pull-ups (3x) and ring dips (1x) for muscle ups because (a) pull-up bar here isn't high enough and (b) no way I'd be able to do 36 muscle ups before bed time.

Sean: 30:52 as Rx'd. Bleh. That was heavy. Lots of singles and doubles on the MU, gotta work on getting more consecutives.

Royale: 22:50 w/ 75lb. HPC, and 3 Assisted pullups and dips per M/U.

My first CF workout. I did a scaled workout.

95# HPC, (cant do a MU yet) did pull-up (x1) and dips (x3). I felt good and tore up my hands a bit. I know I will be sore tomorrow. Thanks for the pointers guys.

24:49 That sucked!! I've joined the bleeding hand crew on the last set of pull-ups.

50# on HPC tried 65# wasn't happening
2 bands very broken on the pull-ups (3 for 1)
dips on parallettes feet on box (3 for 1)

* on a brighter note I finally got 3 dead hang pull-ups and kipping looking much better got 4 tonight dennis is my witness!
