alright rick this was my first time doing this but i got 175 on my 5th and 6th set but i only got 1 rep of 185. just couldnt lock it out again after that
J2, good benchmark. Next time I'm sure you'll be up in the 200# range.Good push Jon. A little more time, a little work on your technique and you'll be throwing some big weight around.
