Didn't feel like a longer row today so decided to see if I could break my 500m PR and I did by 3 seconds! How can 2:05 totally kick your ass!!

ran 3 miles this morning

this was my first time doing this work out, so I wasn't sure what weight to start at.

125 x 3
135 x 3
145 x 3
145 x 3
155 x 3
165 x 3
175 x 3

I followed up with a seated row.
140 x 12 for 4 sets

alright rick this was my first time doing this but i got 175 on my 5th and 6th set but i only got 1 rep of 185. just couldnt lock it out again after that

J2, good benchmark. Next time I'm sure you'll be up in the 200# range.

Good push Jon. A little more time, a little work on your technique and you'll be throwing some big weight around.
