Still feeling low, didn't think I had a PR in me and have been weak in closing in on my max weights so did 5x5 instead. Hopefully this will help me break out of the plateau I've been in.
Decided to dig deep today and did OBESE CINDY (40 lb vest)This was a good challenge and definately has a different effect on the body than the unweighted version. 5 pullups kipping 10 pushups done on dumbells 15 squats
I wanted to add that Drew came over tonight and I told him to see if he could get the pr for the gym for the day and he got 355# with ease. He needs to start CF!!

Greetings from the Great White North. The weather here is, I dare say, idyllic. 70, sunny, LOW humidity, lake breeze...awesome.
We're now a day behind because of yesterday's unplanned rest day.
Sean: 28 rounds of Cindy. PR by 1.
Royale: 18 rounds of Cindy, sub'd jumping pullups.
I wasnt as beat up from Cindy as I thought I would be (except for my hands). I did the 7 sets and then wanted to try 300lbs.
175/205/225/245/265/285/290 plus 300. (PR)
