Ugh. Caught some nasty bug and feel like crap. Thought I could power through but no dice. Ended up doing Cindy light (10 minutes).

My first named workout. Not too bad.

I am very sore in my shoulders and elbows from working on getting kipping down so decided to pass on Cindy for today.
