catch up day,I had internet issues over the weekend.
Friday - CF Total
deadlift 365
squat 345
press 175
TOTAL 885
not what I was looking for, missed pr on deads by 30lbs tied my pr for the total though. I've learned that the large amounts of rucking has put a small dent in lower body power. Once my "event" is over that will cease and I'll get back on track. Took the weekend off for some extra recovery.
Today- Barbara= 20 pullups,30 pushups,40 situps, 50 squats. 5 rnds 3 min. between
1. 2:26, 2. 2:28, 3. 2:48, 4. 3:16, 5. 4:37.
pr on all but last round

I decided to do "Lynne" today since I need work on my BP.

65# and one band pull up

10/8, 10/7, 10/7, 10/8, 9/7 = 49/37


*last time Dymphna: 10/3, 9/4, 10/4, 10/4, 8/3 = 47/ 18
65# bp, 1 band pullup


So a big increase in pull-ups not so much on the BP.... Tim you'll have to give me some pointers on the BP when you are in town.

Royale: Sub'd jumping pullups and bar dips, 5/1(!). 17:15.

I still cant do muscle ups, but I tried all five on the first set and used them as the pull ups (1x1). Did 3x pull ups and 1x ring dips. My ring dips are shakey. Need to improve them to get a MU.
