Last time I did CFT all my weights were way down, so I was shooting for close to my old PR's.
BS: 335, tied PR and felt I had 5-10# more in me.
SP: 185, tied PR
DL: 395, was working in kg and shot too high for my second attempt. 40# off my PR but better than last time!
CFT= 915. My goal is to reach 1,000 before this trip is over. You heard it here first!
