First and third set of deadlifts unbroken. Had to sub decline situps since gym here doesn't have GHD. I'm sure it would have been slower with the GHD.

Both of our forms suffered, trying to go as fast as possible. I was barely touch-and-go each rep.
Definitely would have been slower with a GHD (Or even declines).
