Decided to take today off and hopefully the extra rest will help get rid of this bug. Ugh...

I tried to do Lynne, but my hands were too torn up from Cindy to do the pull ups, so I only did 10 reps of 180# BP. Then did alternate w/o.

I did the Alt workout as well
