With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

I tried to make up yesterday's missed push presses afterward, but I just wasn't feeling it. Bleh.

13 rounds+10 used 2 bands assist. I attempted to do this workout with kipping, but didn't work out so well. Ugh I think I should have waited till later tonight, but wanted to get it out of the way.

*last time 11+7 (2 bands) so happy with the increase. I went into this thinking I got 12+ rounds last time so that was my goal to beat so pr by 2 is even better!

Workout yesterday got interrupted at set 7 by the down pour, so re-did it today. Not as high as I wanted.
