Would have done 270# but smallest plates in gym are 5#. I'll do 275# next time.

Sean: Since I did 5x5 Back Squats yesterday (in a rare moment of Jedi-like precognition), I did a workout of my own creation today:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of 135lb Clean & Jerks and Knees-to-Elbows. 21:05
Sprints: .5mi warm-up@6:40 pace, then 6x(50s on/15s off)sprints, ended by .62mi cool-down@6:40 pace

Royale: 5x5 Back Squats (95,95,115,115,115)
Sprints: Same as Sean, slower pace.
