Hey Tim your training has been very intense lately so don't be too hard on yourself.

I rowed a slow 1000m and took a lesiurely bike ride with the kids. Enjoyed a very relaxing rest day.

Thanks D, I went back to my logs and found that up until Jan. I had to scale the deadlifts. Also found notes saying how bad my clean form was. Form was pretty strict today, so I'm not quite as disappointed, still Linda handed me my ass.

Strong work Tim! The deadlifts are a mother, especially at that weight. I have yet to do the deadlifts in Linda as rx'd. Maybe next time.
