135 pound barbell Thruster, 7 reps
Weighted pull-up, 50 lbs, 7 reps

or

21-15-9 reps of:
Deadlift 225
Handstand push-ups

Thruster / pullups as rx'd: 5 rds.

Had to wait for the pullup bar a couple of times but I don't think it would have made a differnce.

Sean- 5 Rds. as Rx'd.
Royale- 6 Rds. with 65lb. thrusters and single-band assisted pullups.

I think my shoulders are staging a protest against this past 3-day cycle...

45# thrusters and singles on the pull-ups (no bands), my last set of pull-ups were very weak I couldn't get over the bar on some.

* and to give Royale her credit she did 75# thrusters today, she's really strong in that area.

Yeah, that was my bad...poor attention to detail. My girl has been awesome this past week, today was no exception.
