Sub city today. The gym here isn't too bad, although it sure isn't CrossFit Clarksville! Had to sub the 1 1/2 pood KB swings with a 55lbs dumbbell. No pull-up bar so did a "laying pullup" off of a bar on the squat rack and my feet on a bench. No kipping there!

BTW, I had to give it everything I had to get this time.. Other wise I would have been a lot slower. I literally almost puked
