Wallball / pullups:As rx'd: 15:41Pullups ate up most of my time. Did the first and third set of wallballs unbroken but pullups were sets of 10 and 5 throughout. Need to grind away with higher numbers and shorter rest breaks.

13:54only had a 12# wallball.experienced broken pull ups and then had to resort to jumping pull ups on the last set but did 40 to compensate.definitely got the blood pumping.....
