Pullups ate up most of my time. Did the first and third set of wallballs unbroken but pullups were sets of 10 and 5 throughout. Need to grind away with higher numbers and shorter rest breaks.

only had a 12# wallball.
experienced broken pull ups and then had to resort to jumping pull ups on the last set but did 40 to compensate.

definitely got the blood pumping.....

My first attempt at this workout.
8lb ball and jumping pullups. Still a killer.
