Good work. I need to get under a ruck again.

Did Nancy in the hotel gym. They had a C2 rower, so subbed 400m row for the run. They were sucking on free weights. Had to use an E-Z curl bar for the OHS. Used 25kg (55#), so way off from rx.

After watching Royale today I decided I should up my weight today. So I went from the 25# to 45# and I just couln't hang. I made it 3 rounds and decided my form was sucking waaaay to bad I don't think I was even getting parallel so I grabbed my 25# and finished the last 2 rds with very low squats. However even with adding the heavier weight for 3 rounds I got a good pr. last time I did it in 21:14 all with 25# today my time was 19:27 so I am happy with my results.
