Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

I'm in DC in a hotel so no Linda wod for me. Instead I did body weight Linda ladder.

- stiff legged good mornings
- strict push-ups
- air squats

Starting at 10, decended to 1 and then back up to 10

Time: 10:40 (steady pace, not blowing it out)
