That workout was even harder than I expected it to be. I started with 75# went down to 70# after first round.
Did the workout with Nat she did really well beat me by a couple of mins.
TOday was good but I could have gone up in weight, i think it was just hard from being sore from previous workouts. D you rock wish I had that same feeling you did after the workout. Oh and almost got a pull up. im giving my self a week from today. i gotta get it.

You did really well Nat next time we will up your weight to 65 and I'll do 75 without being a wuzz and dropping the weight... at night and well have a rematch. You beat me fair and square today I was just sucking no excuses. And I think you'll get your pull up within 3 days you are super close.

D....most defenitly but we need to wait a little, my back and shoulder are hurting bad from all the upper body workouts, and at night is a better idea.
So, I should've scaled down on this one. Apparently my three weeks in Norway really weren't good to me.
I stopped on round 3 at 26 min. I think it was the PJs that did me in.
I think I'll reattack that one on Friday night, but at 95...
