I really enjoyed working out with Sally today. She's strong cardiovascularly so it was a refreshing push for me. I'm happy with my time, but I'd like to try more weight & concentrate on better burpee form next time.
So proud that so many new faces returned again this morning...& proud of the way Dymphna is running the place. Yeah, & Jen is kicking butt & will probably be kipping by tomorrow...dang!
Nat arrived bright & early...& was still smiling. You amaze me girl!
too sore from fran yesterday to do jeremy however i did work on OHS until i got a PR of 135

Jessica was going to do SP and I obviously can't keep up with her crazy weights. So I thought it would be funny to see if I could keep up with her if I did PP and I'm happy to say I could.

OK so today i went in the morning and did some rowing and few Pull ups and was gonna workout later but i was too tired, lots of new people, loving it and love watching pepoel get better and better.
