This sucked. I tried to do it full, but had to scale back to 25 for the BE, WB, Burpee's, and DU's.

Wow this was insane and for me on day 4 and nick on day 1!!! It was an awesome workout but the hardest I have evver in my life. I scaled back to 25 on each since im still starting out nick also. I finshed in 36:30 and nick in 36:60.
I REALLY dislike that workout!

Definitely the toughest cardio workout I've done in months...Almost started dry heaving during wall balls. Having someone start 5 minutes after me was good motivation b/c he kept catching up & it made me push harder. Time: 29:01

Whomever came up with this workout is a masochist! Holy Hell, that sucked!! I had a decent time 35.. something. But due to my week achilles tendons I substituted lunges for squats, and did pushups for burpees.
Oh, I wanted to do this one, but alas, I still have a week of no knees, then 2 weeks of very scaled WODs.
So instead, I did:
10 x Bp @ 135
5, 5, 5, 5, 5 Bp
155, 160, 160, 165, 165
1s of Weighted pullups:
20, 25, 30, 35, 40 - I'm sure I could do more, but I was pretty tired and not feeling motivated.
