ab twist: 100 x 17.5
Went about 70% on this WOD as today is supposed to be easy for me. The abmat adds time vs. anchored sit-ups.
Out of curiosity I wanted to try the workout Jessica made up that they did the other day.

Today i was gonna do the WOD but got a massgae in the morn compliments of Michell and my body was so relaxed i decided to rest anyway but still went in today to say hi and do a couple of Pull Ups for the road.....sorry Dymphna we just cant get enough of you.
Too funny I am going to have withdrawals while I'm in CA. We all seriously need help!
