115 pound Push-press, 9 reps

I'll have to do this one tomorrow.
Plus the alternate is one that won't hurt the knees.

completed 5 rounds plus push-ups & dips using box
push-press weight was 45#
push-ups were a mix of "real" & "girl"

I know it's not the WOD, but this one sounded brutal given to me by a friend so I had to give it a shot

10 Pullups
10 KTE
20 Pushups
40 Squats
3 Box Jumps
10 Tire Flips, jump in the tire & then out
10 Tire Flips
25 Lunges out
25 Lunges back in
6 Rounds for time

I think I was around 40 or 50 minutes

65# ,Jumping ring dips , and "boy" push ups.

*that was a good one I try to really focus on full range of motion on the push ups so I have to break them up a lot by the end.
