Yesterday's WOD would have been too much on the knees right now, so I did:5 x rounds450m run3 MU15 Push ups21:13I was going slow and easy on the runs because of my knees, so time was really slow.

Thanks...buuuuut I only used 3kg (6.6#) so I guess I didn't do it correctly. Oh well. I'll work up to it!
well 150 wall balls is 150 wall balls! No matter the weight!! Way to push it and finish the whole thing!
