Yesterday's WOD would have been too much on the knees right now, so I did:

5 x rounds
450m run
3 MU
15 Push ups

I was going slow and easy on the runs because of my knees, so time was really slow.

Thanks...buuuuut I only used 3kg (6.6#) so I guess I didn't do it correctly. Oh well. I'll work up to it!
