Did Annie today in 13:26... subbed single jumps for the double unders but did double the reps. Situps with AB Mat... simple workout, still kicked my butt!!

I was too sore after that maddness I did yesterday. So I worked on my bench.

New PR YAY!
97lbs.
Only a 2 lb increase, but I'll take it.

Also I learned how to do a double under. And I even did it 4 times in a row. I am almost more excited about that. I plan to practice that every time I come in, so next time there is a WOD with double unders I will be ready.
