With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.

The WOD, yeah.. whatever.

I did helen today.
I beat my Pr by a minute or thereabouts.

What Im really excited about is that I did it going up a kettlebell size. Yeah.

Power Snatch: worked up to 68 (pr)
Clean Jerk: worked up to 90

*shoulders are smoked from the last workouts and the extra strength work. I need to start making the alts to work better with the strength days. Now have to go to Krav I'm glad tomorrow is a rest day!

Got up to 10 and tweaked my shoulder a little, so I stopped.

Also, last night I did an abbreviated 65lb thruster/pull up at 10 min, and got 6 rounds.

I'm sucking for some reason, but I'll get back to where I should be.
