I think id rather keep adding more weight instead of getting faster at the same weight.
Did WOD & used 35# thruster & 3 bands for pull-ups. Should have used more weight for thruster, but I was down to singles on the pull-ups. Time: 7:15
So glad Jen came in today. She did awesome!
