A couple of PRs today. I hit 240 on BS but didn't quite get below parallel, so I didn't count it.

BS - 235 PR
SP - 120 PR

trying to do more met con work and back off the heavier lifts for the summer. rick any help with this would be nice.

a.m. : run 30 min.
horrible, i ran just a little over 3 miles. it was supposed to be just a slow run but i didn't want to suck that bad and be that slow.

Nice work guys! We did a baseball workout. You started with 10 pull ups run to box jump do 10, run to the next station and do 10 squats, run to the next and do 10 burpees chest to the ground. If any of your reps were not legit they would send you back to start over and it was as many rounds till they called time. The pull up bar was really fat so that was harder for me.

I got 3 new pr's today:
BS: 105
SP: 60
DL: 170
CFT: 335

Jen & I worked out this morning & we were a good lifting pair. She outlifted me in the BS which was pretty humbling since this was her first time doing it & I've been doing Crossfit for 2 months! Still, "Coach Jess" got me to 3 new pr's...yeah!

This afternoon I did a 6 mile treadmill run in 53:15 so I was extremely happy to run under a 9min pace...& it felt great to run w/o pushing a stroller!

maxed out on BS 165lbs
maxed out on SP 75lbs

Staying away from dealifts for alittle my back is still hurting a little, trying to be smarter about healing

Great job today everyone! Lots of PR's today... I didn't do the total but after everyne was done for the day I did some hang power cleans and I got up to 105... I need Dymphna to yell at me if im gonna go higher!
