still debating to go and row tonight late since I gotta wait for the hubby to get home tomight at 9pm or if i should use my elliptical while watching a movie, or use today as a rest day and do the 15k tomorrow!

I knew Michelle would do it !!

Also, I am no longer the only person in my unit who can do muscle ups. SFC Price, CPT Jones and SPC Mullins all just joined the muscle up club.
