This is day 5 on the Anabolic Diet for me. I have lost 5 pounds so far and feel great. I have been only been able to eat 1900-2000 calories each day, but it is a lot of food. This is much easier than the Zone Diet and I plan on doing the full 12 days before I carb up.
Nice Bill... I'm glad its working for you. Maybe try adding a rib eye or roast something that is higher in calories to get your numbers up. But as long as you're not hungry calories aren't that important in the beginning.
