that sucked! that alt kicked my ass!!!!! I don't give a crap about the time, I am just happy I finished. I did #55.
Did the ALT today and it kicked my butt! The worst part was the front squats. I did it with 65# in 38:21! It was awesome working out with you today TM! You really pushed hard and I am really proud of you! Good job Dympna! You did an awesome job!! That was a great workout and I cant wait till I can so it again to better my time.
