I feel like such a slacker after Dymphna pointed out to me that I havn't posted on the site in like a week! I think its because I have been posting on everyone elses blogs.. anyways enough excuses lol today I made up a workout that wouldnt aggravate my back and included something that I really hate! BOX JUMPS!

5 Pull Ups (jumping Kip) 10 Push Ups (girlie) 15 DB Bench Press @40# 20 BOX JUMPS!!! (12 in Box)

I actually did all 100 Box jumps! So I was pretty excited about that!
I'm taking Dymphna's advice and taking it a little easy for a week or so. My knees need it as well.
Tonight's fun:
30 x MU's - not for time
Took about 17 minutes, just doing them one at a time, with a strict dead hang pull and focusing on transition form. It was good, I haven't done them in about a month.

I impressed myself today. I did cindy. My last was 11 rounds, today I did 17, with something like 40s to spare.
