BS 345 (PR 40 lb increase, last time before this I did a leg workout)
DL 335 (much lower than last time, hopefully b/c of Diane yesterday afternoon)

While doing deadlifts I pulled something in my back which is why I wasn't by this afternoon.

I am so psyched!!! Last time I didn't hit one PR on CFT day, I was so bummed. YEAH

Yeah, thats a 40lb PR, I am so freakin' psyched!!!

Im sure its cause I just took six days off in vegas. D says I should go to vegas more often.
