Family came over for dinner so I wasn't able to workout till late and I'm tired so did the ALT

FS: 65,75,85,95,105,115,125,135(PR),140(not low enough), 140(PR)

*also started the burpee challange Jessica found basically everyday you add a burpee from 01 Aug till 08 Nov which is 100 days and total of 5050 burpees UGH!!
