Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Went with FGB 240# not a pr maybe next time

Also wanted to see what my max was on a full snatch I got to 61# I got 66# up and stable however I couldn't convince myself to drop under it so would have been a PS and then OHS. So guess it's back to adding quick drops again.

DID fgb today and it was horrible, got 207 D you pt me to shame. well this time i went on the higher box last time i used the lowest one for box jumps and used 55lbs for sumos and Push press, was even worse cause i had my hubby yelling at me to do more.
