* I know was suppose to use same weight but I tried 65# sp and it wasn't happening today my upper body so smoked from Angie. When I was running my 2nd run I thought wow Tony was already done my 3rd run I was like man Michelle was already done! I am such a bad runner I really should work more on that. Great job everyone!

29:32 as RX'd (well with rowing) but I maintained 95# through the whole WOD. Now I can't use my arms! Good job today everyone!

wanted to add that 43 burpees suck!! I had to make up for missing yesterday not fun...of course I had to break them up!
