*All day I was trying to talk myself out of doing Karen I was so sore and my hands were hurting. Somehow i have always managed to miss out on Karen 150 of anything seems like too much. But after watching everyone walk in sore and barely able to walk and yet they still did it. I knew I had to as well. And I did much better than I expected. I just kept a slow steady pace instead of trying to rush.

I agree D, im hurting so bad from the one arm snatch WOD but Jens husband Trey talked me into it or more like made me do it then Bill walks in and everyone just talking abotu how sore they are and i just had too, but I was only able to do it cause everyone was there..thank you all then D beat me.

Actually my main motivation was KAT ive been seeing her in the gym more often and to my surprise shes got some drive int her and the fact that she did Karen, well theres no way i could not have done it. Awesome work KAT..D we still gott do it together just to see what happens.

I agree Nat I am proud of Kat myself and not often I say that about my sister ;) I think she has the making of a true crossfitter

And yes well have to do it again against each other when were not sore. Lets wait at least a couple of weeks though!
