finished the 50 mile MTB race in Dahlonega Ga yesterday. Time 7:03:00 I had forgotten how big those mountains were!

21:11 75# Thrusters but only 2xs PU and JRD

*my pulls were feeling really weak today I think I was being a baby cause my hands are still a mess. I taped up but still was weak so only did x2. Obviously my time would have been much longer x3. I was taking a lot of breaks as it was.
