worked on squats...very difficult ...not sure why squats are such a mental game for me...I've got to overcome the mental wall I hit, especially with front squats
overhead squat pr: 85#
front squat pr: 85#
back squat: too tired

did OHS max out at 70 ( did 85lbs but im not counting it cause i dont know if i ent low enough so i could have easily done 75 was a big jump)

FS maed out at 120lbs

didnt do BS cause my lower back is a little sore since ive stated to use the big boy Kettle Bell it s taking some time to get used to.

I agree Michelle we have been having some nasty workouts and need a rest.
