Rick you probably could have gotten that 110 if you went to 105 first :) Just a thought! Since I am NOT an expert on weighted pull ups, lol I cant even do unweighted Pull ups! Nice work though!

* I'm really sore from yesterdays workout even unweight pull ups are tough today so would like to retry this when not sore.
My first time, therefore, I did kipping pull ups, not regular.
